Harpal is a registered Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Periodontics and Prosthodontics. He works as a part time Consultant in Restorative Dentistry and Dental Implantology at Kingston Hospital, while spending the rest of his week practicing as the Principle dentist at Elmfield House Dental Practice.
In 1988 Harpal qualified from Bristol University with prizes in both Conservative and Restorative Dentistry. Following this he trained at the Eastman Dental Institute and completed his specialist training at GKT and St Georges Hospital in Tooting, during this time he also gained his Californian state board exams.
Training under the world renowned, PI Branemark, who invented the zygomatic implant concept in the early 1990’s inspired Harpal to dedicate the past 25 years of his career to furthering his skills in implant surgery. He specialises in full arch rehabilitations, often using zygomatic implants to facilitate implant placement in more challenging cases which he has also published his own data on.
Harpal works closely and mentor dentists in both surgical and prosthetic dental implant cases ranging from single teeth to full arch rehabilitation including All-on-4 implant and zygomatic implant surgery. As a renowned speaker he enjoys sharing his wealth of knowledge to inspire and lift dentists to a high standard of care in all aspects of surgical and restorative dentistry enabling them to provide the best possible care for their patients.
